Community Guidelines

Moro is for making plans with people you already know. These Community Guidelines explain the conduct expected in every profile, circle, idea, invitation, plan, memory, and support interaction. They form part of the Terms of Use.

1. Respect people and their boundaries

Treat every person with dignity. Do not harass, stalk, threaten, shame, bully, intimidate, sexually harass, or encourage harm. Do not target someone based on race, ethnicity, nationality, caste, religion, disability, age, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, veteran status, or another protected characteristic.

Moro is not permission to pressure a friend into an activity, meeting, expense, substance, relationship, or disclosure. A nonresponse is not consent. Respect blocks, removals, changed plans, and real-world boundaries.

2. Protect private choices

Moro is designed so invited people can answer without social pressure.

• Do not demand that someone reveal whether they chose Down, Maybe, Pass, or did not respond.
• Do not run polls, send side messages, compare screenshots, inspect devices, or coordinate guesses to defeat the private-choice design.
• Do not punish, embarrass, exclude, or retaliate against someone based on a suspected response or nonresponse.
• Do not falsely claim that Moro revealed a person's private choice.
• Keep match membership and planning details within the audience that received them unless everyone affected agrees otherwise.

The idea creator is visibly Down. If the threshold is reached, only people who were Down are revealed to one another. Maybe and Pass are never revealed to friends.

3. Keep Moro for existing relationships

Invite people you know or have a legitimate reason to plan with. Do not use Moro as a stranger-discovery, dating, lead-generation, recruiting, audience-growth, or mass-messaging service. Do not scrape identities, map social graphs, or create circles to monitor people.

4. Never exploit or endanger anyone

We do not allow content or conduct involving:

• child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or any sexualization of a minor;
• credible threats, incitement of violence, terrorism, or instructions intended to cause serious harm;
• non-consensual intimate content, sextortion, or sexual coercion;
• promotion or facilitation of suicide or self-harm;
• illegal weapons, controlled substances, fraud, theft, or other serious unlawful activity;
• plans intended to isolate, entrap, exploit, or endanger someone.

Moro is for adults 18 and older. If content appears to involve a minor, do not redistribute or investigate it yourself—report it immediately. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Moro is not an emergency service.

5. Share only content you have the right to use

Only post photos, text, links, names, and other material you own or are authorized to share. Respect copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, and venue rules. Do not post secretly recorded material, intimate content without consent, or another person's personal information.

Avoid exposing home addresses, phone numbers, government identifiers, financial information, precise live location, travel documents, account credentials, or other information that could enable harm. Plan members may need a venue address; share only what is necessary for that plan.

6. Protect invitation links

An invitation link is a credential to a private context.

• Send it only to its intended recipient or group.
• Do not post it publicly, index it, sell it, trade it, or include it in analytics or public screenshots.
• Do not guess, harvest, enumerate, replay, or test another person's invitation.
• Revoke an invitation you created if it was sent to the wrong place or may have been exposed.
• Support will not ask you to email the raw token. Keep the original message if you need help, but redact the credential from screenshots.

7. Be authentic; do not spam or deceive

Do not impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent your connection to someone, evade a block or enforcement action, create deceptive circles, send unsolicited bulk invitations, manipulate matches, submit false reports, run scams, distribute malware, or use misleading links.

8. Safer plans

Use your own judgment before attending any activity. Confirm who is participating, the venue, date, accessibility, cost, transportation, and other important details through a channel you trust. Do not assume that a Moro match verifies a person's identity, background, intentions, sobriety, ability, or safety.

When appropriate, meet in a public place, tell someone where you are going, arrange your own transportation, and leave if you feel unsafe. Follow local laws and the rules of venues and activity providers.

9. Reports, blocks, and appeals

Use Moro's in-app controls to block a person or report a supported profile, circle, idea, or memory. A block is private and is designed to prevent future shared contexts without disclosing who initiated it. Reports are reviewed in restricted systems and must be made in good faith.

For help, a privacy concern, or an appeal, email contact@thragna.com. Include enough context to identify the issue, but do not email passwords, Sign in with Apple tokens, invitation tokens, unnecessary private choices, or sensitive documents.

We may remove or restrict content, revoke invitations, change circle access, suspend features, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence, or contact appropriate authorities. Enforcement depends on context, severity, history, risk, and legal obligations. We may not be able to disclose private evidence, another user's information, or security methods. Where practical, we will explain an action and provide an appeal route.

10. Emergency and law-enforcement limitations

Moro does not monitor every interaction, verify every identity, provide live safety assistance, or guarantee that a report will be reviewed immediately. If there is imminent danger, contact local emergency services. If you are a law-enforcement or government representative, direct valid legal process to contact@thragna.com and identify your agency and authority.

11. Changes

We may update these Guidelines to address new features, risks, or legal obligations. We will post the current version at thragna.com/moro/community-guidelines, update the date above, and request renewed acceptance when a material change requires it.
